You'll tackle four lifting days each week, complemented by invigorating runs and other cardio workouts to create a well-rounded fitness routine that will bring you closer to your health and fitness goals.

PrograM Overview

This comprehensive 12-week program is designed to help you shed those much needed pounds off and allow yourself the ability to live, move and feel a better life. Not only will you lose weight, but you’ll gain muscle and begin to transform your body how it’s supposed to be. The program focuses on your three core lifts - Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift - and includes complementary auxiliary exercises for each. With four lifting days per week, combined with running or other cardio exercises, the Weight Loss program offers a well-rounded fitness routine.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you can't make all four lifting days in a week, we will customize your workout plan to fit your needs. To keep you engaged and motivated, each week's workouts are different, ensuring continuous progress over the 12 weeks. In addition to the workout program, you'll receive personalized coaching and a Nutrition Guide from Coach Andrew Linder, Eric Kiewlak, and Ryan Horton with a Discovery Call before you start to outline everything you’ll be doing and understand your current situation. You'll also gain access to the private RPM community, the RPM App with instructional videos for every exercise, bi-weekly Zoom calls, goal setting support, and a supportive community.

This program offers exceptional value, providing both accountability and flexibility. We understand that everyone has different schedules, limitations, gym accessibility/equipment and levels of experience, and we will work with you to accommodate your individual needs while holding you accountable to reach your full potential and become the best version of yourself.
