This comprehensive 12-week program is designed to help you achieve functional fitness and the ability to rescue someone from a burning building. Not only will you surpass bodybuilders in running endurance, but you'll also outlift typical runners. The program focuses on your three core lifts - Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift - and includes complementary auxiliary exercises for each. With four lifting days per week, combined with running or other cardio exercises, the Hybrid Athlete program offers a well-rounded fitness routine.
We understand that life can be unpredictable, so if you can't make all four lifting days in a week, we will customize your workout plan to fit your needs. To keep you engaged and motivated, each week's workouts are different, ensuring continuous progress over the 12 weeks. In addition to the workout program, you'll receive personalized coaching from Coach Andrew Linder, Eric Kiewlak, and Ryan Horton with a Discovery Call before you start to outline everything you’ll be doing and understand your current situation. You'll also gain access to the RPM Nutrition Guide, RPM private community, the RPM App with instructional videos for every exercise, bi-weekly Zoom calls, goal setting support, and a supportive community.
